If you are thinking of selling, I believe now is the best time.

The housing market is absolutely softening, in my opinion. One of the key danger signs is that lenders are making it easier to get a loan. Why do they do that? Because even though mortgage interest rates are lower than they were a year ago, home sales are trending down. That's why it is possible you will also see rates go lower.
